Responsibilities:
Mowilex Future Leader Program (MFLP) is a platform for young talents to become future leaders in PT Mowilex Indonesia. These best young talents would be placed in the key positions of Sales, Marketing, Suppply Chain Operations, Research and Development, Finance, Human Resources, and IT Divisions to ensure the sustainability of the business in the future.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate with a good bachelor/ master degree in any major with minimum GPA of 3.5 (out of 4).
- Fluent in English both for oral and written purposes.
- Willing to be placed across our businesses in Indonesia.
- Someone who is motivated to initiate action and committed to driving transformation and achieving tangible outcomes.
- Actively involved in organization activities.
- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent with presentation skill, Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- An individual who can quickly acquire new knowledge and skills, is creative in finding solutions, and is motivated to take on challenging tasks in a constantly changing work setting.
