Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with related teams to develop creative assets that support the company’s brand and marketing objectives. (Graphic Design and Videography)
- Develop and maintain the creative strategy for the company, ensuring that all creative work is aligned with the company’s messaging and positioning.
- Manage the end-to-end creative process for all marketing projects (design, development, and delivery)
- Identify needs and give inputs to creative/project request from related departments
- Ensure that all creative work meets agreed standards and deadlines.
- Monitor and manage the creative team’s workload, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to improve creative output and team performance.
- Lead and manage a team of designers and multimedia specialist, providing guidance and feedback on projects and day-to-day work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, multimedia, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a creative and Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership role. Preferable from FMCG Industry.
- Strong understanding of design and videography principles, typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
- Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc)
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading projects from ideation to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
