Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales in securing project approvals for Mowilex products through technical and commercial support.
- Maintain an updated database of key construction projects and architects in your assigned country.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, designers, and specifiers to influence Mowilex specification approvals.
- Conduct technical and commercial training sessions and seminars to boost Mowilex visibility and architect channel sales
- Identify and map high-potential projects in your assigned country.
- Monitor construction and paint industry trends, leveraging data to promote and implement Mowilex products and concepts, aiming for market leadership.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by securing Mowilex specifications and providing project updates for successful sales completion.
- Initiate, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts through regular visits, presentations, and seminar attendance.
- Organize regular meetings with leading architects, consultants, and project owners to showcase Mowilex as a company and its products, including technical performance and features.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture
- Proven Experience as a Specifier in Managerial capacity
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with RKS and KAK
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (3D)
