Sales Strategic Planning

Job Description:

  • Lead efforts to execute corporate and Sales strategies by engaging in various functions and by coordinating efforts in the Sales organization.
  • Conduct analysis of promotion strategies and pricing strategies, measure effectiveness and make adjustment to optimize.
  • Propose, monitor, and evaluate tactical campaigns.
  • Coordinate with New Product Committee and assure smooth release of new products.
  • Lead the development of the annual plan, as well as weekly, monthly and rolling quarter.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly sales performance reports by channel, region, and distribution to calculate sales incentives and promotional incentives.
  • Ensure effective and efficient execution of the customer support strategy, both operationally and in resolving customers’ issues.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to foster healthy and competitive sales growth in the marketplace.
  • Organize and execute sales expansion into export markets, ensuring optimal synergy and distribution of company products in the target country.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that the ERP program adequately supports the Sales Division in executing their responsibilities.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of the Retail Sales Agent (RSA) Management strategy, enabling RSAs to assist the Sales Division in achieving targets.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with prior experience in sales and trade marketing.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree, with a major in economics, finance, accounting, management, or business. A master’s degree / MBA will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in scenario planning and its analysis.
  • Familiar with data management and business intelligence tools.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Additional experience working for multinationals, large conglomerates or experience with building materials manufacturers or distributors is not mandatory, but advantageous.
