Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in data collection, analysis, and reporting on process performance metrics.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, by identifying areas for inefficiency and recommending solutions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other process documentation.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Assist with the scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance activities on process equipment.
- Compile and maintain production data for traceability and reporting purposes.
- May be involved in conducting basic troubleshooting of process issues and escalating them to senior engineers as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior engineers or supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of process engineering principles (a plus).
- Experience with data analysis tools and software (a plus).
