We are looking for a qualified Compensation & Benefit Section Head to join our Human Capital Team. You will be responsible for manage Compensation & Benefit in our company, so someone who have a good and deep understanding of Compensation & Benefit Practices is a must.
If you’re interested in managing employee compensation and benefits effectively, then this job is for you. We expect you to have a good understanding of Indonesia Labour Law regulation, as well as have experience in providing ideas in solving problems regarding compensation & benefits.
An excellent Compensation & Benefit Section Head must be well in data-driven, communication skill, have a good problem solving and and very interested in detail.
- Carry out and monitor payroll activities and provide benefits to employees in accordance with regulations
- Analyze the employee remuneration package and its effect on employee performance
- Calculate and monitor employee salary variables that will be paid by the company
- Calculate and carry out activities of corporate tax payments (Pph 21)
- Ensuring the fulfillment of employee benefit claims
- Oversee the use of benefits by employees
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree from Economic/ Accounting
- Max. 40 years old
- Proven work experienced as an Compensation & Benefit Specialist
- Good understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, Rules & Regulation especially compensation & benefit area
- Fluent in English
- Skills or Competencies : MS. Office (Advance Excel), Payroll Software System, Pph 21
