Talent Acquisition Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
  • Identify and source potential candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Make hiring recommendations to the Director of Human Resources.
  • Onboard new employees and provide them with orientation and training.
  • Maintain records of the talent acquisition process and track metrics such as time to hire and cost per hire.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong understanding of the talent acquisition process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
