Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
- Identify and source potential candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Make hiring recommendations to the Director of Human Resources.
- Onboard new employees and provide them with orientation and training.
- Maintain records of the talent acquisition process and track metrics such as time to hire and cost per hire.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of the talent acquisition process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
