Responsibilities:
The Sales Trainee Program is a platform for young talents to become successful salespeople at PT Mowilex Indonesia. The top graduates will be placed in key positions within the Sales Division to contribute to the future success of the business.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree from any major with minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4).
- Fluent in English both for oral and written purposes.
- Willing to be placed across our businesses in Indonesia.
- Someone who is motivated to initiate action and committed to driving transformation and achieving tangible outcomes.
- Actively involved in organization activities.
- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent with presentation skill, Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- An individual who can quickly acquire new knowledge and skills, is creative in finding solutions, and is motivated to take on challenging tasks in a constantly changing work setting.
