Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs across various formats.
- Manage the learning content creation process, including sourcing external vendors or developing in-house materials
- Deliver training programs to employees at all levels
- Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of learning within the organization
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and measure the impact on employee performance and business goals
- Stay up-to-date on the latest learning and development trends and technologies
- Manage the learning and development budget
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS)
- May supervise or collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, and other L&D professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in learning and development or a related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Familiar with learning management systems (LMS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization
