IT Technical Support

Responsibilities:

  1. Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  2. Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
  3. Logging the queries of customers and employees.
  4. Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.
  5. Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  6. Testing and evaluating new technology.
  7. Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
  8. Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion.
  9. Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a fault

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree from IT or related fields
  2. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  3. Familiarity with Mikrotik, Access Point, dan Aruba Network
