Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and develop solutions that meet those requirements.
- Work with business users to gather requirements and understand their needs.
- Work with IT professionals to design and implement solutions.
- Document requirements and solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements or modifications as needed.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive informed business decisions
- Engage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, managers, and end-users.
- Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring project progress.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation
- Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques
- Data analysis and interpretation abilities
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Understanding of project management principles and practices
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software
- Domain knowledge of the industry or business area
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) (optional), Project Management Professional (PMP)
- 3 years experience is preferred
