Your Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing initiatives that promote employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and overall well-being
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee morale and engagement
- Develop and implement employee relations programs (Ex: conflict resolution training and employee assistance programs)
- Plan, manage, and ensure all permits required by the company are legally valid in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure company agreements, including work agreements, are in accordance with the rules and regulations
- Reviewing employment agreements and contracts and ensuring that there are no clauses that are detrimental to the company or are not in accordance with laws and regulations
- Resolve legal disputes related to employment faced by the company
- Continuously update information regarding laws related to company employment
- Provide recommendations for changes in the company’s employment that need to be taken in the face of changes in applicable laws and regulations
- Provide employment reports to government bureaus as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in law
- Minimum 5 years working (preferable from manufacture) as Employee Relation/Industrial Relation
- Experience in managing PP/ PKB and labor unions
- Proficient in interacting with and handling employees’ problems
- Good command of English
- Able to influence and mediate
- Possesses analytical and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations (UUTK13 & UU ciptaker)
- Strong in curiosity, humility, and critical thinking in order to analyze employees’ problems
