Demand Generation Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, search engine, events, and advertising)
  • Manage the end-to-end process for campaign creation and CRM (message, design, targeting, segmentation, testing, and analysis.)
  • Collaborate with related teams to create compelling content that aligns with the company’s messaging and value proposition.
  • Optimize campaign performance through data analysis to increase conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing database to supports targeted campaigns and segmentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that leads are effectively passed to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Manage budgets for demand generation campaigns and provide regular reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to improve campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. (Open to all)
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in demand generation, Brand, Product or related field, experience in leadership role is preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Fluent in English
