Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, search engine, events, and advertising)
- Manage the end-to-end process for campaign creation and CRM (message, design, targeting, segmentation, testing, and analysis.)
- Collaborate with related teams to create compelling content that aligns with the company’s messaging and value proposition.
- Optimize campaign performance through data analysis to increase conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a marketing database to supports targeted campaigns and segmentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that leads are effectively passed to the sales team for follow-up.
- Manage budgets for demand generation campaigns and provide regular reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. (Open to all)
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in demand generation, Brand, Product or related field, experience in leadership role is preferred.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Fluent in English
