Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the department, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining filing systems
- Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports
- Manage department correspondence, including email, phone calls, and faxes
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
- Process invoices and maintain accurate expense reports
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Manage departmental databases and spreadsheets
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience (or relevant experience), fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
